I started writing because I was told, on numerous occasions, that I couldn't. So in AJ style, I set out to prove my close friends and family wrong. My first book is loosely based on a dream, a fantasy that took hold of my heart and never let go. 

I am a stay at home mom, chasing around three little kiddos and writing each spare minute I can sneak in. I identify as bisexual, which is how this book, Everything I Didn't Know I Needed, came about. Please email me with any questions or ideas. I'm always here to help my community.

Though my life is a little predictable at the moment, my journey is not. As an adult, I have struggled with anxiety, ADD, depression, blues, and enormous emotions around my sexuality. It's difficult to navigate the world when you are not average. Though now I am proud to be in my skin, maybe for the first time ever in forty-three years.
